Who is hosting Mini Golf at the Library?
This event is hosted by the Friends of the Soda Springs Library, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote, enhance and expand the services of the library for the benefit of the community through events, fundraising, and advocating for the library.
Am I required to sign up for a tee time?
No, walkups are welcome! But priority will be given to those who have registered.
How difficult will the course be?
All of the holes are being designed and built by amazing volunteers. We have not set specific perimeters for them to follow, but we anticipate a variety of skill levels - most being “easy” to “intermediate.” Designers/Builders are aware that many children will be participating.
My business would like to be involved for future Friends events. How do we learn about sponsorships?

Who can come to Mini Golf at the Library?
Everyone is invited to the Mini Golf Night! The more, the merrier.
What if my team has over 5 players?
No worries! The tee time system was designed to help with spacing/timing. If your team has more than 5 players, please sign up for two back-to-back slots. If two slots aren’t available, still come! We will fit you in.
Are you keeping score? Will there be prizes?
We will not be keeping score or operating a tournament for this event, but there will be scorecards if you would like to compete amongst yourselves. There WILL be a $25 gift certificate for the “best dressed” team, chosen by the librarians and Ireland Bank representatives! The wackier your outfits, the better!
What is a tee time, and why should I register in advance?
Because our library is so small, space is limited. With this event in particular, much of the walking space will be taken by the golf holes. Having participants sign up for tee times will help keep a steady flow of golfers throughout the night! It will prevent long wait times for groups who might otherwise arrive all at once.
What is the cost to attend the Mini Golf at the Library?
Admission will be “by donation” at the door - there is no suggested price.
How can I help with Mini Golf at the Library?
Unlike other Friends groups, we have no membership dues or official club roster. Instead, we consider anyone who volunteers time, donates funds or other needed materials, or helps us out in any way a “friend”. We would love to have your help with the golf tournament! How do I cancel or change a tee time?
All submissions will receive a confirmation email immediately after submitting the form. (Email will be from "Jotform," might need to check spam/junk). At the bottom of the email, there is an "edit this submission" link. Follow that link to change your reservation.
